This contract position is ideal for an experienced, motivated SLPA who values collaborative, supportive supervision and is excited to make a meaningful impact on young learners from transitional kindergarten through fifth grade. As part of a forward-thinking educational team, youll serve a diverse caseload of elementary students and receive direct guidance and mentorship from a highly regarded virtual SLP. Before starting, youll have the opportunity to connect with the supervising SLP to ensure a strong working partnership.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of three months of recent SLPA experience in a school environment Active, valid California SLPA license Enthusiasm for working with elementary students grades TK-5 Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement SLP-designed treatment plans and support individualized education program (IEP) goals Work one-on-one and in group settings to help students improve speech, language, and communication skills Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the supervising SLP Maintain accurate documentation and regularly monitor student progress Foster an inclusive, positive therapy environment that encourages student engagement and growth This full-time, full school year (FSY) role offers you the chance to build meaningful relationships, support student achievement, and further develop your skills under expert mentorship.
