Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a bright and talented Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to "Build and Inspire Growth" by providing education-based therapy services to students located in Windham County, CT for the School Year!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in conducting screenings to help identify students with speech and language needs. Support the implementation of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP. Provide direct therapy services to students under SLP supervision, targeting communication skills that support academic and social success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to help integrate speech and language strategies into classroom activities. Prepare progress notes and share observations with the supervising SLP to inform IEP meetings and ongoing planning. Monitor student performance during sessions and provide feedback to the supervising SLP for adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate records of therapy activities, student responses, and assigned documentation. Participate in training and professional development to remain current with best practices in speech and language support.
