9687515-19701 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) near Bear, DE, with an assignment running ASAP through June 11, 2027. This position offers a flexible full-time schedule (35-40 hours per week) with the option to work comparable hours across elementary, middle, or high school settings. For your convenience, hours can be adapted (for example, 7:30 am3:30 pm) within standard school times, allowing for a mutually agreeable workday that fits your needs and the schools requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA license required Experience in school-based or healthcare settings as an SLPA preferred Capable of working onsite, and eligible to pass a background check and drug screening Spanish language skills are a plus, but not mandatory Open to recent graduates, Clinical Fellows, and licensed SLPAs Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to implement therapy plans and support student success Provide direct speech and language interventions individually or in groups Assist with documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers and staff Serve students across all grade levels, adapting services to meet diverse needs Participate in meetings, develop materials, and engage with families as appropriate Whats in it for you?
