9687515-19805 Job Description An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) motivated to make a meaningful difference in a school-based setting near Wilmington, DE. This hands-on contract role runs from ASAP through June 11, 2027, offering the chance to work with a diverse K-12 student population during the 26/27 school year. Youll enjoy a dynamic environment where the school can provide direct supervision and support, and there is flexibility in the work schedule to best fit your needselementary hours run 8:00-4:00, while middle and high school hours are 6:45-2:45, with flexibility for meetings or mutually agreed-upon arrangements.

Key Qualifications:

Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA license required Experience in educational or healthcare settings is highly valued Open to Clinical Fellows and credentialed SLPAs Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required Comfortable working on site and able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language support services to students in grades K-12 under the supervision of a licensed SLP Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement IEP goals and individualized strategies Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session data Participate in staff meetings and professional development as necessary Adapt to the schools flexible hours and scheduling needs Enjoy the advantages that come with a supportive educational environment.
