Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active SLPA license issued by the state of Idaho or eligibility for licensure Prior experience working in school settings preferred, but open to candidates new to education Understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and ability to implement therapy activities targeting speech, language, and communication goals Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with supervising SLPs, educators, and families Compassionate, adaptable, and organized with a student-focused mindset

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to students as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Implement therapy plans, monitor student progress, and document outcomes according to school and state guidelines Provide support during group and individual sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques Maintain accurate and timely session records, data collection, and therapy logs Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to support student success in the classroom environment Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
