9696076-47454 Job Description Make a real impact supporting young learners as a contracted Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a part-time opportunity near Paoli, IN. Work with a diverse K12 student population, helping 45 students achieve their communication goals while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals in a supportive school setting.

Qualifications:

Active Indiana SLPA license required Experience or familiarity with school-based speech therapy and pediatric populations Ability to work independently while meeting caseload and scheduling requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with students across K12 age ranges

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs, under the supervision of a licensed SLP Support and implement intervention plans designed by supervising SLPs, targeting receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language skills Assist with documentation of student progress and maintain accurate data records Communicate regularly with educators and families regarding student performance and treatment progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each student Adapt therapy materials and activities to match individual student needs and unique learning styles This contract runs from January 2027 through June 2027, with a commitment of approximately 24 hours a week over three days.
