9688210-48505 Job Description Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting student communication and learning in a school environment near Flint, MI. As a paraprofessional in this role, youll work closely with a certified SLP via VocoVision facilitating engaging sessions and ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed. Youll play a vital, hands-on part in connecting students to virtual speech therapy, serving as a facilitator and support throughout their daily routines. What we're looking for: Experience as a paraprofessional in educational settings Familiarity with technology for connecting to virtual services (preferred but not required) Reliable, approachable, and patient demeanor with students Ability to collaborate with online speech-language professionals Strong organizational skills to support session prep and smooth transitions Comfortable with working at 1-2 school sites as assigned Core responsibilities include: Supporting students in 1:1 sessions with a remote SLP, acting as the on-site facilitator Bringing students to and from their VocoVision sessions Assisting with gathering and preparing materials for therapy needs Ensuring students are on-time, engaged, and ready to participate Returning students to class and communicating session outcomes as needed Maintaining a positive, focused work environment during therapy times Enjoy a stable schedule of 30-35 hours per week, making a real difference in students daily learning and communication.
