In this contract role, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services that help students achieve success both in the classroom and beyond. Position Details Contract Position for the entire school year Competitive weekly compensation School calendar schedule (holidays and school breaks off) Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Document student progress and maintain accurate service logs. Prepare therapy materials and activities tailored to student goals. Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and AAC needs as directed. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel to support student success. Assist with screenings, observations, and data collection as permitted by state regulations. Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines, including IEP documentation and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
