Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students (Grades K-5) in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to integrate therapy into daily routines Assist in developing and updating students' communication goals, maintaining thorough records and documentation Regularly communicate with families and caregivers regarding progress and strategies for support at home Employ engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each student's individual needs
