We provide individualized speech, language, feeding, and AAC services in natural environments, including homes, daycares, schools, and community settings. Our mission is to empower children and support families through compassionate, evidence-based care. Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) works under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients. The SLPA implements treatment plans, documents progress, collaborates with families and caregivers, and helps children achieve meaningful communication goals. Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Conduct engaging, play-based therapy sessions. Document treatment notes accurately and submit them within required timeframes. Monitor client progress and communicate observations to the supervising SLP. Educate parents and caregivers on home practice strategies. Maintain professional communication with families, daycare staff, physicians, and team members. Participate in supervision meetings and ongoing training. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Travel between client locations as needed. Maintain licensure and complete required continuing education.
