Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in an on-site setting near Weatherford, Texas. You'll play an important role helping students develop communication skills and achieve educational success during the school year. This full-time role spans from August 10, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with up to 37.5 hours per week, likely dedicated to one school site (final location confirmation pending). Expect a dynamic caseload of approximately 60-65 students, giving you the chance to make a tangible difference in each learner's journey.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license required Experience supporting K-12 students in a school-based setting is preferred Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply Must complete or have fingerprints verified through the Texas Education Agency (allow up to 10 business days for results) Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
