Job Description

Step into a fulfilling role supporting students across the Dallas/Fort Worth area as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant! This contract opportunity offers you the chance to make a positive difference every day in the lives of children and young people from kindergarten through 12th grade. As an SLPA, you'll work collaboratively with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, and families to help students succeed in their communication goals. With multiple positions available, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current SLPA license (Texas) or eligibility for licensure Previous experience in school settings, especially with K-12 students, is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with guidance from supervising SLP Genuine passion for fostering student growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language support services as directed by licensed SLPs Work one-on-one or with small groups to implement intervention plans Assist with screenings and documentation of student progress Collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student support
