Implementing therapy activities and individualized education plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Supporting student progress in speech, language, and communication Assisting with documentation, progress notes, and observations in line with school protocols Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into the classroom Preparing materials and organizing activities that make learning fun and accessible for elementary students Providing feedback and updates to supervising SLP and education teams Were seeking candidates with: An active SLPA license or eligibility in Virginia Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team Organizational skills and adaptability to varying student needs Commitment to following professional ethics and school guidelines Enjoy meaningful work where every day brings new opportunities to use your skills and compassion.
