We are seeking dedicated professionals for both a full-time and a floater role, supporting students on a 1:1 basis as a School Therapist. These positions offer a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while working in a supportive school-based setting. This role features flexible, primarily afternoon and evening hours. Schedules may include staggered shiftssuch as coming in at 3 PM and working until 11 PM on days with football games, while other days may range between 6 and 10 hours. These varying hours help you navigate work-life balance and provide essential therapeutic support during busy after-school and sports-event periods.

Qualifications:

Experience providing therapy in a school or pediatric setting (1:1 experience highly preferred) Strong communication and rapport-building skills with children and adolescents Flexibility to work variable shifts, mainly afternoons and evenings Active state licensure in your therapy discipline Ability to collaborate with school staff and athletic programs

Key Responsibilities:
