As a valued support member, youll work part-time, 2.5 days per week, for 7.5 hours each day. Start ASAP and continue through June 4th, playing a vital role in students academic success while assisting a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

What you bring:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar educational support role Ability to connect with middle school students and foster a positive learning atmosphere Skills in supporting students with diverse learning and communication needs Comfort with technology, especially when collaborating remotely with professionals like SLPs Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities Adaptability and empathy, especially when helping students acclimate to a dynamic school setting Your daily responsibilities: Provide hands-on instructional and classroom support, guided by the virtual SLPs directives Encourage student participation and engagement during lessons and activities Assist with implementing individualized learning and communication strategies Monitor student progress and promptly relay observations to the multidisciplinary team Help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Utilize technology and virtual platforms to bridge in-person and remote services What you can look forward to: Experience the satisfaction of making a meaningful impact on students growth in a flexible, part-time role.
