Seeking skilled professionals to help maintain surgical standards and ensure proper equipment management.

Key Qualifications:
Experience as a Sterile Processing Technician (certified or non-certified), or relevant Nursing background in sterile processing. Knowledge of sterilization techniques, instrument decontamination, and aseptic practices. Familiarity with hospital infection prevention protocols and regulatory guidelines. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow strict processing routines. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Certification in sterile processing preferred, but opportunities are available for non-certified professionals with proven skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments, trays, and medical equipment following established protocols. Prepare instruments and supplies for operating rooms and procedural areas, ensuring availability and functionality. Inspect, assemble, and package instrument sets accurately for various procedures. Document sterilization cycles and maintain accurate logs per facility regulations. Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to support daily needs and address instrument supply concerns. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sterilization standards at all times. Contribute to a safe work environment and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
