$41.00/hr (Traveler) | $38.00/hr (Local)

Tuesday-Friday | Evening Shift | 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM (4x10s)

Contract:

13 Weeks (Possible Extension) Join a respected facility located in the beautiful Sierra foothills near Yosemite National Park! We're seeking an experienced Certified Sterile Processing Technician to support a busy perioperative department. Responsibilities Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays Prepare instrument sets for surgical procedures Operate sterilization equipment and perform quality control testing Process loaner instruments and maintain tracking logs Support OR turnover and maintain sterile processing standards Reprocess equipment for ancillary departments including ER, Radiology, Respiratory, and Physical Therapy Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with infection control standards Requirements Certified Sterile Processing Technician (Required) BLS Certification (Required) High School Diploma or GED Previous hospital sterile processing experience, minimum 2 years.
