Core Competencies:

Strong understanding of sterilization protocols and infection control standards Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Dental or healthcare experience strongly preferred Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in doing things the right way

Essential Functions:

Sterilize, process, and maintain all dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage before and after sterilization Properly package, label, and store sterilized instruments Maintain accurate sterilization logs and documentation Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment and report any issues promptly Ensure treatment rooms and sterilization areas meet infection control standards at all times Support the clinical team with supply management and instrument inventory Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and professionalism Perks of Joining the
