Job Description

WinnMed is seeking to hire a full time Sterile Processing Technician to join our Surgery Department. The Sterile Processing Technician is a trained individual who demonstrates competence in the decontamination, processing, sterilization and distribution of equipment and supplies for in-hospital use, is responsible for following the manufacturers; recommendations for sterilization and follows departmental procedures (Policies and Procedures). The Sterile Processing Technician will be responsible for the processing of reusable medical supplies and instrumentation which includes decontamination, assembly, terminal sterilization and sterile storage delivery to end users. Position is Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday

Friday, rotating shifts, primarily 7:30 am
4:00 pm and 10:00 am
6:30 pm.

No weekends, no holidays.
