Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterile Technician to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper sterilization, assembly, and packaging of medical instruments used in surgical procedures and patient care. Your expertise will support infection prevention efforts and uphold the highest standards of sterile processing within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of medical equipment sterilization, aseptic techniques, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Prepare, clean, decontaminate, disinfect, sterilize, and store surgical instruments and medical equipment. Assemble and inspect surgical instrument trays according to department and surgical requirements. Operate sterilization equipment such as steam autoclaves, low-temperature sterilizers, and ultrasonic cleaners. Perform biological, chemical, and mechanical monitoring of sterilization processes. Maintain accurate sterilization records, load documentation, and instrument tracking. Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, damage, and proper operation. Package and label instruments and surgical sets correctly before sterilization.

Requirements:

2 years current Central Sterile Reprocessing Technician experience [

ENDOSCOPY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. NON-NEGOTIABLE.
