Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team in a fast-paced dental clinic environment. This position requires a strong understanding of aseptic techniques, medical documentation, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Duties

• Assist in the sterilization of dental instruments and equipment following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to sterilization processes.
• Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions on infection control practices and updates in sterilization techniques.
• Support pediatric dental procedures by preparing necessary tools while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Skills
• Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control practices.
• Familiarity with medical documentation processes, including HIPAA compliance.
• Experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of WINOMS Carestream management systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members.
