Job Description

Dental Sterilization Technician - No Nights or Weekends! Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in working behind the scenes to help keep a dental office running smoothly? Our growing practice is looking for a Sterilization Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment for our patients and team. Previous dental or sterilization experience is preferred but not required . We're happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing things the right way!
Key Responsibilities:
Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Operate and monitor sterilization equipment according to office protocols Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control procedures Ensure sterilized instruments are properly stored and organized Prepare instrument trays and supplies for clinical procedures Monitor and maintain adequate levels of sterilization and clinical supplies Clean and maintain sterilization and designated clinical areas Follow OSHA, CDC, and office infection-control guidelines Complete sterilization logs and required documentation Assist the clinical team with room and instrument turnover as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Able to follow procedures and safety protocols consistently Organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Previous dental, healthcare, or sterilization experience is a plus, but not required
