Pay:

Travelers:

$60-$65/hr (about $2,400-$2,600/week). Includes tax-free housing and meal stipends for eligible travelers.

Locals:

$50-$55/hr (about $2,000-$2,200/week) W-2 employment, paid weekly

BJE Professional Services, LLC Spend the winter in the Colorado Rockies. This 13-week contract is with a surgical department in Granby, in the mountain resort area of Grand County, about 1.5 hours from Denver. It's surrounded by national forest and close to several ski areas, with mountain biking and hiking nearby. About the role The Certified Surgical Technologist works mainly in orthopedic and spinal surgery, and also assists with endoscopy and general surgery cases. Schedule Monday through Friday, day shift The surgical facility is closed on weekends Call and holidays are typically not required, though there is a slight chance they may be needed Requirements Orthopedic and spinal surgery experience (required) At least 2 years of surgical tech experience Current surgical tech certification: CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) Active Colorado Surgical Technologist registration with the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations (DORA), or the ability to get one before your start date Current BLS certification Epic EMR experience preferred You must have your own reliable vehicle. The location is rural and mountainous. Must pass a background check, drug screen and any facility onboarding requirements Housing Short-term rentals are available on VRBO, at the Inn at Silver Creek, and at other local properties. A private room in shared, furnished employee housing may be available at a reduced all-inclusive rate, depending on capacity.
