Job Description

Description Summary:
Assumes responsibility for scheduling all surgical procedures and pre-surgical testing appointments to ensure accurate and efficient surgical services are provided according to departmental policies and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent; general knowledge of high school subject matter possibly including sciences, simple medical procedures or terminology or office equipment.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of six months and up to one year of experience on this and related jobs in the organization.

Manual:
Some manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity
Occupational:
Little or no potential for occupational risk
Physical Effort:
Medium to Heavy effort. May exert up to 35 lbs. force

Some exposure to dirt, odors, noise, human waste, etc.
