• ORT Job Type Contract Deliver essential support in a fast-paced surgical environment by utilizing your skills as a surgical technologist or operating room technician.

This contract position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced with assisting in the operating room alongside surgeons and nursing staff. You'll be an integral part of the surgical team, ensuring patient safety and optimal procedure outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in an operating room or surgical tech role required Accepted credentials: Nursing

• ORT, Surgical Tech
• Non-certified, or Surgical Tech
• Certified Strong understanding of surgical instruments and sterile techniques Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and respond calmly under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compliance with all required immunizations and health screenings Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sterile fields before and during surgical procedures Assist surgeons, registered nurses, and other healthcare staff within the operating room Pass instruments and supplies during surgery in a timely, efficient manner Account for instruments, sponges, and supplies pre
