Schedule/Hours:

4x10 hour shifts (7:00am5:30pm), MondayFriday (rotating day off) Weekend and weekday call rotation

Responsibilities:

Maintain a sterile environment and uphold the highest infection control standards Prepare operating rooms and organize surgical instruments for a range of specialties Assist surgeons and nursing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Proactively anticipate team needs and adapt quickly to evolving cases Utilize EMR (EPIC) for accurate documentation Adhere to all safety and patient care protocols

Qualifications:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required NBSTSA Certification required Minimum 3 years experience in sterile processing or operating room environment Active BLS certification Preferred experience with robotics, vascular, or open heart procedures Positive, flexible attitude and strong self-starter skills
