Key Qualifications:
Active certification as a CVOR/Surgical Technologist or eligibility to obtain Minimum of one year of recent CVOR experience in a high-acuity environment Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instruments, sterile technique, and aseptic procedures Ability to communicate effectively with surgical teams and adapt to rapidly changing situations BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)
Responsibilities:
Prepare, set up, and maintain the surgical field for cardiovascular procedures Assist surgeons and nurses throughout operative cases, anticipating needs and responding promptly Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterile field protocols Properly handle, clean, and store instruments and equipment post-surgery Document case details accurately and assist with room turnover
Schedule/Hours:
