About the Position Four Winds Staffing is hiring a Certified Surgical Tech for a 16-week travel contract at Muscogee (Creek) Nation Medical Center in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. • Endoscopy / EGD Requirements Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from NBSTSA — current and unexpired Valid BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) High School diploma or GED plus completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program Minimum 1 year of related OR experience preferred Ability to pass background check, 10-panel drug screen, and immunization requirements Reliable transportation for occasional Okemah day coverage Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of acute care OR experience Central Sterile / SPD cross-training or prior experience Multi-specialty case exposure (GYN, Urology, ENT, Orthopedics all a plus) Scope of Practice Per position description, this role combines OR scrub duties with Central Sterile / SPD responsibilities including decontamination, autoclave operation, tray assembly, and inventory management.

Candidates with dual

OR + SPD

experience are strongly preferred.

Reports to:

Director of Surgical Services, Muscogee Nation Department of Health Location Okmulgee is approximately 40 miles south of Tulsa via US-75. Small-town cost of living with Tulsa metro access for weekends. Okmulgee County is part of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Reservation. Onboarding Timeline Standard credentialing timeline is 2 weeks from offer acceptance. Oklahoma does not license Surgical Technologists — the national CST credential is sufficient.
