Required Skills:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military equivalent Certification is mandatory (CST); must be certified if graduated after 01/01/2008. If not currently certified, certification must be obtained within 12 months Ability to scrub all levels of surgical procedures Strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills Capable of working under pressure in high-stakes environments Nice to

Have Skills:

Previous OR experience in a hospital setting Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

Surgical Technology certification (CST) or eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months of hire Prior experience in surgical support is a plus
