In this role, you will prepare operating rooms, organize and maintain sterile instruments, and assist surgeons during procedures. Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments for surgical procedures. Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques throughout surgeries. Assist surgeons by passing instruments, supplies, and sutures during procedures. Perform accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts with the surgical team. Ensure proper sterilization, care, and storage of instruments and equipment. Position and prepare patients for surgery in coordination with the care team. Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to support optimal outcomes. Document relevant information in patient records and follow safety protocols.
