Job Description

Essentia Health is seeking a Monitoring Tech to support patient-centered care through continuous observation of vital signs and telemetry. In this on-site role, you will monitor cardiac rhythms and other physiological data, promptly recognize abnormal trends, and communicate critical changes to nurses and providers. You will verify and troubleshoot equipment, accurately document events in the EMR, and follow safety and infection-control protocols. Working within a collaborative, compassionate culture, you'll contribute to holistic care, participate in training, and grow your skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
