Qualifications:
ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification required Experience in performing adult echo exams; pediatric experience a plus Current state licensure or eligibility as required Experience using advanced ultrasound technology and reporting systems Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Echo Imaging in a hospital or clinic setting
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive echocardiogram studies (including M-Mode, 2D, and Doppler) Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide accurate diagnostic results Document findings promptly and accurately within electronic health records Maintain sterile work environments and follow all hospital policies Educate patients about their imaging procedures
