Job Description

Category Imaging - Echo Job Type Contract Advance your career in cardiac ultrasound by supporting patients across a full spectrum of care. Experienced imaging professionals are needed for a 13-week assignment utilizing state-of-the-art Phillips equipment. This opportunity welcomes Echo Technologists who can contribute expertise in both adult and pediatric echocardiography, though skilled adult-only practitioners will also be considered.
Schedule:
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM shifts Rotating coverage every third Saturday Call every third day
Qualifications:
Proficiency in cardiac ultrasound, with hands-on experience operating Phillips imaging systems Registered or registry-eligible as an Echo Tech (ARDMS or CCI preferred) Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality adult and/or pediatric echocardiograms Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and cardiac pathologies Effective communication and patient interaction skills Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding best practices in imaging safety
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and interpret echocardiographic images according to physician protocols and patient needs Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate diagnostics and exceptional patient care Prepare and adjust Phillips ultrasound equipment for optimal imaging Document results, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality assurance reviews Respond promptly to urgent requests during on-call shifts and contribute to a supportive team environment This contract assignment offers exposure to a variety of cardiac cases and the chance to work alongside a seasoned diagnostic team.
