  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered workflows
  • Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop support staff; build schedules aligned to service demand and budget targets
  • Oversee budgeting, P&L insights, billing, expense control, and accounts receivable processes
  • Elevate client service standards, manage feedback/reviews, and support consistent, high-quality communication
  • Direct inventory, scheduling systems, office supplies, and equipment upkeep; refine SOPs for efficiency
  • Execute local marketing, digital presence, and community outreach to grow and retain clientele
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, including health, safety, labor, and OSHA-related protocols
  • Guide staff adoption of practice software and technology; triage IT needs with support partners
  • Full-time position; primarily weekday hours with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend needs Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of management experience, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated skill in P&L review, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Proven success in HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Strong client service orientation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Working knowledge of veterinary practice operations, OSHA standards, and relevant regulations
  • Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of a busy clinical setting
