The Opportunity:
A GP-only role inside a 24/7 hospital, with emergency support available in-house. Practice top-tier general medicine with access to advanced diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and hospitalization resources. Partner with an in-hospital ER team while keeping your primary focus on scheduled GP care. Join a supportive, flexible, large DVM team where work/life balance is a stated priority. At least 3-5 years of DVM experience in a small animal GP setting is required for this role.
The Resources:
21 veterinarians on team in a 24-hour-capable hospital. 20 exam rooms and a state-of-the-art medical complex built in 2023. Two surgical suites for general surgery, orthopedics, and emergency surgery. Double dental suite with digital dental x-ray. Large in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and echocardiogram options. Canine and feline ICU spaces, with separate isolation options for disease management.

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000. Quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual. 401(k) with company match. Access to CE courses (dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and more) at NVA's nearby PetOne Training Center in Addison, IL. Professional liability coverage, DEA and state licensing, and VIN membership.
