‹ Back to search results Veterinarian J916410 Highlands North Carolina USD140K / Year Apply Save Global Talent Partners is excited to present an opportunity for a Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal practice in Franklin, North Carolina. Offering compensation up to $140,000, this role provides an excellent combination of clinical autonomy, experienced support and genuine work-life balance. You'll work a four-day week with no on-call, overnight or urgent care responsibilities, supported by approximately two team members per veterinarian and a schedule designed to allow quality time with each patient. About the Practice This AAHA-accredited companion animal hospital provides high-quality general medicine within a calm, collaborative and client-focused environment. Veterinarians work alongside credentialed technicians and dedicated client service professionals, creating a strong support structure while allowing doctors the autonomy to make appropriate clinical decisions for their patients.

  • Visiting surgical support for selected advanced orthopedic cases The hospital's workflow is structured around quality rather than excessive volume, with approximately 20-minute appointments and around 16 appointments per doctor on a typical day.
The Opportunity You'll manage a varied small animal caseload while benefiting from a predictable schedule and experienced clinical support.
The position offers:
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
