Cape Charles Animal Hospital, a CareVet partner, is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our collaborative two-doctor small animal practice on Virginia's Eastern Shore. This isn't a high-volume, high-pressure environment. You'll have the time and support to work cases up thoughtfully, get to know your clients, and practice at a comfortable pace. And the role can grow with you — newer veterinarians get mentorship, case guidance, and an experienced team to help build confidence, while experienced doctors get the autonomy to manage their own cases with a collaborative team always available when another perspective helps.
