This role includes teaching junior and adult clinics, private lessons, summer camps, and assisting with junior tournaments and events. Prior coaching experience is not required ; however, candidates must have a strong tennis background, including competitive junior playing experience.

Duties:

Working with our junior players of all levels from beginners up to elite level Assist in planning, organizing and running adult clinics including cardio clinics and doubles strategy clinic Assist the Director in developing and managing the educational, recreational and competitive tennis programs Provides lessons to all age and ability levels Working with our juniors during our summer camp Monitor participant progress and provide feedback Assists and leads tournaments, team matches and social events Leads by example to facilitate welcoming and friendly atmosphere for club members and staff

Outgoing, engaging, confident and leads with positivity Excellent work ethic Looking to part time or work full time with some availability as needed on the weekends Versatile and able to establish positive rapport with supervisor, coworkers and members alike creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Del Mar, CA 92014: Relocate before starting work (Required) Qualifications Prior experience working with children in sports or recreational settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of tennis techniques and basic coaching principles; Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young athletes effectively Enthusiastic, energetic with a great work ethic

Pay:

$35.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
