PAY & SCHEDULE

$18-$29 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Additional earning opportunities through customer tips and performance bonuses Flexible part-time scheduling Work as little as one day per week or pick up additional days when available Great opportunity for supplemental income or consistent part-time work

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

You'll be part of a small crew helping customers move their belongings safely and efficiently. Every job is a little different, so you won't be stuck doing the same repetitive tasks all day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying furniture, boxes, and household belongings Loading and organizing items inside our moving trucks Protecting furniture and homes during moves Working alongside teammates to complete jobs efficiently Interacting professionally with customers Performing physically demanding work in different environments and weather conditions

WHO WOULD BE A GREAT FIT?

We're especially interested in people who enjoy fitness, sports, weightlifting, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on activities.

Our ideal team member:

Can repeatedly lift and carry 75-100 pounds safely Is dependable, punctual, and hardworking Enjoys working with others and being part of a team Has a positive attitude and treats customers respectfully Doesn't mind working outdoors during Michigan's changing seasons Has reliable transportation Is willing to learn and follow proper moving techniques Previous moving experience is helpful, but not required. We're happy to train motivated individuals who bring the right attitude and work ethic.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Resume required when applying
