Part-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Golf Outside Services staff member. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests and assist with various tasks related to golf operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the golf course
• Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags from their vehicles
• Transport golf bags to and from the golf carts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf cart staging area
• Provide guests with information about the course layout, rules, and regulations
• Monitor pace of play and ensure that players adhere to course policies
• Assist with managing tee time reservations and coordinating player groups
• Set up and maintain on-course amenities such as water stations and restrooms
• Assist with golf event management, including setup, registration, and scoring
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on golf carts, such as cleaning and charging batteries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, theater, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work well with children in a professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Experience in food service or guest services is beneficial
• Conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise
