Part-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Golf Outside Services staff member. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests and assist with various tasks related to golf operations.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the golf course
- Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags from their vehicles
- Transport golf bags to and from the golf carts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf cart staging area
- Provide guests with information about the course layout, rules, and regulations
- Monitor pace of play and ensure that players adhere to course policies
- Assist with managing tee time reservations and coordinating player groups
- Set up and maintain on-course amenities such as water stations and restrooms
- Assist with golf event management, including setup, registration, and scoring
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on golf carts, such as cleaning and charging batteries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, theater, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work well with children in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Experience in food service or guest services is beneficial
- Conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise
