USAG & USAIGC

team instructors to join our Tribeca location for next season, which begins on September 1! At NYC Elite, we believe in building strong athletes through positivity, encouragement, and fun! Our coaches create an environment where every gymnast feels supported, challenged, and excited to grow.

Qualified candidates should have:

A solid understanding of compulsory and/or optional routines, requirements, skills, and terminology Knowledge of gymnastics deductions and scoring USAG Professional Certifications (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire) At least 2 years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience Availability to commit to the full season (September 2026-June 2027) Ability to travel for competitions throughout the season Experience with spotting higher level skills on all events

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, prepare, and lead structured team practices Coach and develop athletes across multiple levels Provide constructive, positive feedback while maintaining discipline Attend and coach at all practices and competitions throughout the season Prioritize the safety and well-being of all gymnasts Communicate clearly and professionally with parents You'll bring energy and structure to every session, keeping practice moving, engaging, and fun, while ensuring each athlete receives the individual attention they need to succeed.
