Position Description The Outside Services Team Member assists in the daily operations of the golf department under the direction of the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience while supporting the daily success of the golf operation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, professional, and passionate about hospitality. • Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests.
• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist with loading and unloading golf bags.
• Clean, stage, and store golf carts to club standards.
• Maintain the bag room, cart barn, staging area, and practice facilities.
• Pick, wash, and replenish range balls throughout the day.
• Prepare and maintain the practice facilities.
• Assist with club storage and bag handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the golf operation.
• Assist with tournaments, outings, and member events.
• Communicate effectively with the professional staff and fellow team members.
• Learn and follow all club policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional golf operations duties as assigned. Qualifications
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
• Golf knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. What We Offer
