Overview Hurricane Creek Country Club is seeking a motivated, energetic, and service-driven Assistant in Training (AIT) to join our team. This unique opportunity is designed for aspiring PGA Professionals who are passionate about the game and eager to build a successful career in the golf industry. Our AIT program begins with a leadership role in Outside Operations , where you'll gain valuable experience managing daily operations and leading a team. As you demonstrate success, you'll transition into the Golf Shop as an Assistant in Training, with a clear pathway toward becoming an Assistant Golf Professional . You'll receive mentorship from PGA Professionals, exposure to every aspect of private club operations, and a structured environment focused on your professional growth.

It's a place to build a legacy. Experience Required PGA Associate is preferred, but not required. Outside Operations or Golf Shop experience preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills. Positive attitude and a team player. Passion for the game of golf with playing experience. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. Essential Responsibilities Anticipate member's needs and exceed their expectations. Deliver exceptional service to members and guests. Assist in overseeing Outside Operations, including: Golf cart fleet Bag drop and bag room Practice facilities Cart barn operations Be a team player and work well with others. Self motivated, dependable and eager to learn. Help supervise and develop our Outside Service team. Maintain the golf cart fleet to ensure the cleanliness and the maintenance programs are being implemented. Manage multiple tasks. Ensure proper procedures and club policies are maintained. Perform starter and player ambassador duties as needed. Assist with Junior Golf Academy classes, summer camps, and PGA Jr. League. Always maintain a friendly, hospitable and helpful attitude with all members, guests and fellow employees. Maintain a professional image at all times, on and off property.
