Job Description

Vagabond Blues is looking for a full-time Baker - must have a passion for baking Bakery items include breads from scratch, cinnamon rolls, scones, cookies, quiche, bars, rolls, quick breads, frostings, cakes, biscotti. Must take pride in your work product with attention to detail. Looking for someone who can work without supervision, be able to create nightly product lists, work independently and efficiently. Nightly cleaning duties include restocking, dishes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning all surfaces at end of shift. Must have reliable transportation and be punctual. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Have a state food handler's card (or be willing to apply for one within two weeks of being hired) Please submit resume at Vagabond Blues, 642 S Alaska Street, Palmer, Alaska 99645. Include 3 work related references (manager). This is a night shift - 4pm-12am, with some overtime. Must be able to work Sunday evenings
