Baker — Boba St. Boba St. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Baker to help prepare our fresh salt breads and other baked goods. You'll work with our team to mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish products according to established recipes and quality standards. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys hands-on baking, takes pride in consistency, and works well in a fast-paced kitchen. Baking experience is preferred, but we're open to training the right person. Duties Prepare dough, fillings, toppings, and other ingredients for daily production Mix, divide, shape, proof, and bake salt breads and other menu items Follow recipes, production plans, and baking procedures to maintain consistent quality Use commercial mixers, ovens, proofers, and other kitchen equipment safely Check baked goods for appearance, texture, doneness, and freshness Prepare, label, package, and store products properly for in-store sales and pop-ups Keep the baking area, equipment, and storage spaces clean and organized Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper ingredient-handling procedures Communicate with the team about prep needs, product quantities, and any quality concerns Help with other kitchen tasks as needed Requirements Baking or kitchen experience preferred; hands-on training may be available for the right candidate Able to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Comfortable working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks in a busy kitchen Able to work cooperatively and take direction Willing to follow food safety and sanitation procedures Availability for scheduled production shifts, which may include mornings or weekends Join the Boba St. team and help us make fresh, handcrafted breads our customers look forward to enjoying.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 7.0 - 15.0 per week
