Schedule & Availability - Please Read Before Applying We are specifically looking for someone with consistent Thursday daytime availability and flexibility to work a rotating schedule Friday through Sunday.

Our scheduling needs include:

Thursday:

Must be available for daytime shifts beginning at 11:00 AM.

Friday:

Flexibility to work daytime and/or evening closing shifts.

Saturday:

Flexible availability for daytime and evening shifts.

Sunday:

Flexible availability for daytime and evening shifts. Tuesday (Potential Additional Shift): We may add a baking and food preparation shift from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Availability and interest in this shift are a plus, but not required.

Weekend Scheduling:

We strive to rotate weekend shifts fairly and avoid scheduling team members all three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) whenever possible. However, occasional scheduling across all three days may be necessary depending on business needs. Applicants must be consistently available Thursday during the day and have flexibility to work a combination of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, including some closing shifts.

Please note:

This position is not suitable for applicants whose availability is limited to after-school hours on weekdays or who have significant weekend scheduling restrictions. Job Responsibilities As a team member, you'll play an important role in providing an exceptional customer experience while helping keep our shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. Scoop ice cream and prepare specialty desserts, baked goods, coffee drinks, and beverages. Help customers with menu selections and product recommendations. Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly. Assist with baking, ingredient preparation, and bakery production as needed, depending on experience and training. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment. Assist with stocking, opening and closing duties, and daily operations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards. Work collaboratively with teammates during busy periods and take initiative during slower times. Qualifications & Requirements We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual , with a strong commitment to consistent attendance and arriving on time for scheduled shifts. Able to arrange reliable transportation to and from work , including daytime, evening, weekend, and closing shifts. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers of all ages. Interested in baking, food preparation, and learning new kitchen skills. Able to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently during busy periods. Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Willing to help wherever needed, including cleaning, stocking, and other daily tasks. Able to communicate clearly and professionally. Eager to learn and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in food service, cafés, bakeries, or retail is preferred but not required. Baking experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
