Baskin-Robbins is looking for a talented and experienced Cake Decorator to join our team! We are looking for someone who is creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to produce beautiful, professional-quality ice cream cakes for birthdays and special occasions. Responsibilities Decorate Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes and custom cake orders Create borders, flowers, designs, and clean cake writing Follow customer instructions and complete orders accurately Prepare cakes for the display case Complete orders on time, including during busy holidays and weekends Maintain a clean and organized cake decorating area Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with cake inventory and supplies Qualifications Previous cake decorating experience strongly preferred Strong piping and cake-writing skills Ability to create clean, professional cake designs Bakery, grocery bakery, or ice cream cake experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Weekend and holiday availability preferred What We Offer $21.00-25.00/hour based on experience Flexible scheduling Tips Employee discounts Training on Baskin-Robbins cakes and products Opportunity for additional hours and advancement Applicants with cake decorating experience are encouraged to provide photos of cakes they have decorated.
