Full Job Description Pay:

$17.75/hr during 3-month trial period, then $19.00/hr + daily performance bonus (up to $20/day) Up to $21.50/hr equivalent for reliable, punctual drivers

Our 20,000 sq ft facility in Montebello operates 7 days a week, and we've built a strong reputation on quality and consistency. We're growing fast and need dependable drivers who take pride in their work.

Position:

Delivery Driver We are hiring 3 to 4 drivers immediately. If you are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused, this role rewards you for it

• directly in your paycheck. Compensation
• $17.75/hr for the first 3 months
• $19.00/hr after trial period
• Daily performance bonus of up to $20/day based on punctuality and attendance
• Up to $21.50/hr equivalent for drivers who show up on time, every day Responsibilities
• Verify and load customer orders accurately before departure
• Deliver orders on assigned routes, on time and professionally
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and supervisors throughout the day
• Conduct pre-departure vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Handle payment collection accurately when required
• Assist with bakery tasks (ingredient prep, cleaning, organization) between routes Requirements
• Clean driving record
• Ability to operate a cargo van or 16-foot box truck
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Physically able to load, lift, and carry items on a delivery route
• Available to work 7 days a week as needed
• Prior delivery experience preferred but not required
