Job Description

Pastry & Dough Specialist The Ranch House — Ojai, CA The Ranch House is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pastry & Dough Specialist to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Produce pastries, breads, focaccia, pizza dough, and other baked goods Follow established recipes and production schedules Manage mixing, proofing, fermentation, shaping, and baking Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation Keep an organized, clean, and sanitary workstation Complete daily prep and production efficiently Properly label, date, and store products

Qualifications:

Previous pastry, baking, or dough experience preferred Strong understanding of baking and dough fundamentals Able to follow recipes and direction accurately Organized, dependable, and punctual Comfortable working independently Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen Experience with pizza dough, sourdough, focaccia, or Italian baking is a plus.

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
